Salam and greetings to all. Today I'll be going to Uniten to meet my project supervisor. So, I'm really busy this week...
After reading the latest post in my senior's blog (Noor Effendy bin Ahmad - MMU lecturer), I must say that I'm really proud to be a Malaysian who was born and grown up in Johore. Hope, Allah will blessed the Sultan as well as all Johoreans. We lived in peace, harmony, and tolerate to each other under the administration of the Sultan and state government (Barisan Nasional).
So far, Johore State Government has excellent track records in governing Johore. "It is one of the most developed states in Malaysia" (Source: Wikipedia). We can see the developments around Johore since before National Independence (1957). The modernism of Johore has started since the era of Sultan Abu Bakar (1862 - 1895) and keep continued until now. That's was one of the factors why most Johoreans are very wise and smart in choosing the government.
Let me share the lyrics of Johore state anthem ("Lagu Bangsa Johor"):
State Motto: "Kepada Allah Berserah"
By the way, I will have the election for the first time this year (8th March) which is next Saturday. I'm currently staying in my hometown, Segamat and will be voting for both Parliament and State Assembly (DUN) as follows:
Locality: Kampung Tonjos
Polling District: Sulir
State Assembly: Pemanis (N141/03)
Parliamentry: Sekijang (P141)
Polling centre: Balairaya Kompleks Penghulu Mukim Jabi
For the first timer, of course I'm really excited. I was grown up during the era of Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad. Anyway, he's my idol as the greatest leader ever in Malaysia. I really wish he could help to guide Malaysia to be better and achieve his mission during his time as Prime Minister.
Ok, that's all for now. Be right back in a few days later. Salam.

Just downloaded Mobile Suit Gundam 00 episode 18 released by Conclave-Mendoi fansub group... Wanna watch it after posting this. For your info, today's post being done in Apple Safari browser as I'm testing my new CSS3 coding for this blog. Well, you can see the difference if you view my blog using Apple Safari 3.0.4 or Opera 9.25 web browser. By the way, CSS3 doesn't work in Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2 (maybe some would work) yet.
This week, my sleeping times are messed up! I can't help about it because I and burning the midnight oil to do 3D works since the temparature low so I can cool down my CPU heat a bit. Yes, I've used up a packet of Nescafe to stay awake for the entire week.
Finally, tomorrow will be the last stage of Le Tour de Langkawi after completed the 8th stage today (from Temerloh - Fraser Hill). The last stage will be in Kuala Lumpur and it is a criterium event. Let's see who will be the man to conquer the Yellow Jersey, as the Green and Blue Jersey winner are almost being confirmed. By the way, today's "King of the Mountain" is Filippo Savini. The best Asian rider so far is Shinichi Fukushima, and "King of Sprints" is Aurelien Clerc. Ruslan Ibanov is the new man to obtain the Yellow Jersey for overall classification during the event.

Again...coffee for the entire week. I just getting in the mood to continue my animation project. Although the mood is right, I still lacked of ideas...as usual. It's "hyper mental-block" I guess...
Listening to mp3s (lately I love to listen to Matsu Takako's songs and Spitz's) while doing 3D modeling (again?) for the environments of the animation. Actually, Takako's songs are a bit old (end of 1990s I guess)...but they sounds like soft and easy listening songs.

Just now watching long awaited Mobile Suit Gundam 00 (ep. 17) released by Conclave-Mendoi fansub group. Like Faiz said to me, it's a bit boring...not much actions in this episode. Besides, the J-drama "薔薇のない花屋 (Bara no nai Hanaya)" also not yet released the latest subbed episode. So, in the end I felt bored.
This evening I've finished editing my blog template to be more compatible to browsers other than IE7. After tested with IE7, Firefox 2, Opera 9, and Apple Safari 3... I'm now quite satisfied with my blog skin.
You can test to see whether your website can be viewed properly in different web browsers:

I've stopped my work progress during the Chinese New Year holidays since last week until today. Now, I have to continue working on my project or else I'll not be able to make it on time.
Talking about this holiday, well...I was actually staying at home most of the time. By the way, both my brothers were returned home last week. So, that was one of the reasons why I had to stop working for a while. By the way, I've got medium-short haircut a day before Chinese New Year.
Last Thursday, I went to Li Yean's house just as promised. Yes, it was not only me... My old buddies also there; Dhiya, Ain, Amirul, Illy, etc. Well, to be true, I still can't adapt with them very well...but I'm trying to be more friendly. Most of the things they're chatting, I can't really understand. I wanna try making jokes, but still...sound serious! Of course, with my 'monotoneous' voice. Photo shoot? For sure I looked 'emotionless'...

Luckily, at that time I met Li Yean's boyfriend who I felt a bit more comfortable to chat with. We talked about our studies, as well as the future careers. Oh, Li Yean..thanks for the 'ang pow' ya!
On Friday... it seemed that my younger brother, Wahn was hardly to find the bus ticket to either Penang or KL for Saturday trip. So, I told he to have my elder bro Ery send him to Seremban...then, take the Komuter to KL. That night, I went to McD and took away Prosperity Foldover meal...
Saturday: Wahn went back to KL (taking Komuter from Seremban train station).
Today, I start again with my project works...

Hello, guys!
Today, I just wanna wish you all a Happy Chinese New Year especially to my Chinese friends out there. May we all will have a prosperous year, good luck, as well as happiness.
By refering the Chinese calendar, this year is a "Year of the Rat" which normally associated with aggression, wealth, charm, and order, yet also associated with death, war, the occult, pestilence, and atrocities. [Source: wikipedia]
This year, the lucky colors are gold and white. The Chinese believed that gold can bring wealth and good fortune to them.
So, that's all for today. Enjoy your day! ^^

Hello guys, Labels: Automotive, Review
After Proton have recorded such an extraordinarily outstanding sales for the newly-launched Proton Saga with more than 23,000 orders as in 31 January 2008 (and thus "tapau-ed" Perodua "kaw-kaw"), Proton made another aggressive campaign to seize the "most popular national car brand" throne from Perodua by launching the facelifted 2008 Proton Waja 1.6, this time powered by the long-awaited Campro CPS 1.6 engine which is capable of producing 127 bhp of maximum power compared with the 110 bhp basic DOHC Campro engine.
Besides the new engine, the new Waja also gets a new center console and a new Clarion car radio which is not only capable of playing CDs and MP3s but also WMAs (Windows Media Audio) as well. All these features have made the new Waja as the Proton model that has the best package for me.
These are the pics of the new Waja, courtesy of paultan.org:-

Currently there are many expressways and highways leading to Putrajaya: Sungai Besi Expressway aka Besraya (E9), SILK Expressway (E18), Damansara-Puchong Expressway aka LDP (E11), ELITE Expressway (E6), and even KL-Seremban Expressway (E37) and North-South Expressway (E2) until Kajang exit.
December 2007, a new expressway called Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Expressway (E20) was officially opened to public. This expressway, which was managed by Lapangan Terjaya Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidary of Maju Holdings), is really controversial from the very beginning. During its construction and development, the construction works had caused cracks and noise pollution towards Sri Petaling residents, fueling protests among the residents. And yet, the Works Minister, Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu insisted to continue the construction and build noise barriers along the Sri Petaling stretch.
About a month after the expressway was opened, the expressway created another controversy - this time, it was because of the last-minute motorcycle ban on 30 January 2008. The ban was said due to "safety reasons" because of the so-called "limited space" on the expressway. Hell yeah, he's "right" - I mean, he's damn "right". Don't you guys remember what happened last year when he wanted all superbikes to be banned on expressways just because of being frustrated when his car was being overtook by high-speed superbikers on the North-South Expressway? In other words, this ban is another episode of his discrimination against Malaysian motorcyclists.
In Malaysia, motorcyclists are often being treated like "pariah", or low-class road users. Just look on how many other road users treat our motorcyclists, especially on expressways. Many motorcyclists are often being forced to the emergency lanes by the faster four-wheelers, especially express buses. With a minister who is "tumpang sekaki" discriminating motorcyclists, then how the heck can the accident rates among motorcyclists be reduced?
For me, the last-minute ban against motorcyclists on the KL-Putrajaya Expressway is totally unacceptable. What the heck is the real acceptable reason of the ban against motorcyclists on the expressway even though both Salak South and Putrajaya toll plazas have motorcycle lanes? Because of the so-called "limited space"? Then can either Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu and Lapangan Terjaya tell us why the double-deck carriageway at Kerinchi Link (E23) with the similar design allows motorcyclists to use it?
In conclusion, I would like to urge all motorists and motorcyclists to BOYCOTT THE KUALA LUMPUR-PUTRAJAYA EXPRESSWAY (E20). Say NO to discrimination against motorcyclists...!!!
